CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of your service(s). This policy helps us ensure that we can maintain a timely schedule for all of our valued clients.
